Dibond consists of a core of polyethylene and a surface of 0.3 mm aluminium. The thick coating of aluminum gives the plate unique processing capabilities while the material is light and rigid. Among Dibond's special properties are aluminum alloy which gives the material extra corrosion protection, surface treatment of super-polyester varnish which guarantees good printing properties (silk printing and digital printing) and black polyethylene core which gives the material an improved UV resistance. Available in several colors and surface structures. In cold bending, milling first according to the instructions for use.
