Nothing is more majestic than the white-tailed eagle when it circles above us in the north. That is why our art print has been named "Majesteten". (The Majestey) The white-tailed eagle is the fourth largest of the world's eagles, and is the largest bird species in the hawk family. It has also hijacked the place as Norway's and Northern Europe's largest bird of prey, in addition to being the bird with the largest wingspan.

After white-tailed and golden eagles were completely protected in Norway in 1968, the population has increased. In 2013, it was estimated to be between 2,800–4,200 pairs. In the past, the sea eagle was threatened by hunting, habitat destruction and pollution. Source: WWF Norway.-
